INGREDIENTS:
1/3 mashed banana
1/2 cup oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 scoop HeLa Nutrition Organic Natural Plant Protein Powder
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp greek yogurt
1 tbsp raisins
1/2 cup plain oat milk
Dash of cinnamon
DIRECTIONS:
Makes one serving
- Stir all ingredients in a fridge friendly container
- Place oats in fridge for 2-3 hours or overnight for best results
- Top with fruit, chocolate chips, nuts, maple syrup and enjoy!
