Dough:
1 cup all natural peanut butter
1 scoop HeLa Nutrition Organic Vanilla Plant Protein Powder
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla
Chocolate top:
1 cup chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 scoop HeLa Nutrition Organic Chocolate Plant Protein Powder
Sea salt to sprinkle
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine all the dough ingredients in a bowl and stir until they are combined and form a dough-like ball
- Spread out dough on non-stick surface then cover with parchment. Roll out dough with a rolling pin until flat and even throughout. Remove parchment from the top
- Melt chocolate with coconut oil until no clumps are left and add a scoop of chocolate HeLa and stir until fully mixed and smooth
- Pour chocolate over dough and spread evenly
- Sprinkle sea salt as desired
- Freeze for 5 minutes to 2 hours before eating
- Enjoy!
