HeLa High Protein Crepe

 

INGREDIENTS: 

1 scoop HeLa Nutrition Natural Plant Protein Powder 

2 egg whites

Cooking oil of choice (avocado, olive)  

DIRECTIONS

Single serving 

  • Place both ingredients into a bowl and whisk together until smooth consistency.
  • Heat up a pan with your cooking oil of choice, and place the batter in the centre. Using a spatula, gently spread the batter around the whole surface of the pan. 
  • Cook for 2 minutes on until bubbling and then flip and let cook for another minute.
  • Add your favourite toppings and enjoy!
