INGREDIENTS:
1 scoop HeLa Nutrition Natural Plant Protein Powder
2 egg whites
Cooking oil of choice (avocado, olive)
DIRECTIONS:
Single serving
- Place both ingredients into a bowl and whisk together until smooth consistency.
- Heat up a pan with your cooking oil of choice, and place the batter in the centre. Using a spatula, gently spread the batter around the whole surface of the pan.
- Cook for 2 minutes on until bubbling and then flip and let cook for another minute.
- Add your favourite toppings and enjoy!
