Pineapple Flax Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

1 scoop HeLa Nutrition Vanilla Organic Plant Protein Powder

1 cup ice

12 oz unsweetened almond, cashew or oat milk

1 cup chopped pineapple

1/2 squeezed lime 

1 tsp lime zest

1 tbsp ground flax seeds 

 

DIRECTIONS: 

  • Place all ingredients into a blender and pulse to desired consistency
