1 scoop HeLa Nutrition Natural Organic Plant Protein Powder
1/2 cup ice cubes
12 oz unsweetened almond, cashew or oat milk
1/2 cup frozen peach
1/2 cup frozen mangos
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup or agave if desired for added sweetness
