INGREDIENTS:
1 egg
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1 tbsp avocado oil
1/2 cup HeLa Nutrition Vanilla Organic Plant Protein Powder
1/2 cup almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/s cup large flake oats
2 tbsp raisins
DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 350F
Makes 12 cookies
- In a mixing bowl, mix egg, apple sauce and oil
- Add remaining ingredients and mix until batter is combined
- Spoon batter onto sprayed cookie sheet, 1 inch apart
- Place in oven to bake for 12 minutes
- Remove from oven. Allow to cool and enjoy immediately, or store in freezer to maintain chewy texture
