INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cups pitted dates
200g canned white beans, rinsed and drained
1 1/2 scoops HeLa Nutrition Chocolate Organic Plant Protein Powder
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup oats
4 tbsp coca powder, as desired
Pinch of salt
Optional: roasted peanuts, chocolate chips, cinnamon, vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS:
Makes 12 balls
- Soak pitted dates with hot water in a bowl, for 15 minutes, than drain
- Place dates and white beans in food processor and blend for 1-2 minutes
- Add remaining ingredients and blend into well combined dough
- If too sticky, add more oats and blend again
- Wet hands and roll mixture into bite-sized peanut butter power balls
- Enjoy immediately or cool in fridge for 30 minutes before serving - store peanut butter power balls in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freezer for 2-3 months
