HeLa Peanut Butter Power Balls

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 cups pitted dates

200g canned white beans, rinsed and drained

1 1/2 scoops HeLa Nutrition Chocolate Organic Plant Protein Powder

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/3 cup oats

4 tbsp coca powder, as desired

Pinch of salt 

Optional: roasted peanuts, chocolate chips, cinnamon, vanilla extract

 

DIRECTIONS

Makes 12 balls 

  • Soak pitted dates with hot water in a bowl, for 15 minutes, than drain 
  • Place dates and white beans in food processor and blend for 1-2 minutes
  • Add remaining ingredients and blend into well combined dough 
  • If too sticky, add more oats and blend again 
  • Wet hands and roll mixture into bite-sized peanut butter power balls 
  • Enjoy immediately or cool in fridge for 30 minutes before serving - store peanut butter power balls in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freezer for 2-3 months
