Collagen Breakfast Blondies (No-Bake)

 

 

Blondies for breakfast? Yes please. These soft, chewy bars are packed with wholesome ingredients to power your morning right, or to take on the go.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 2 scoops collagen

  • 2 tsp matcha powder

  • 1/4 cup almond butter

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 2 tbsp almond milk

  • Optional: slivered almonds

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl until doughy. Press into a lined pan. Chill for 1 hour and cut into squares.
