HeLa Protein Fudgsicles


The ultimate summer cool-down 🍫☀️ These creamy, high-protein fudgsicles are so satisfying and refreshing.

Ingredients (makes about 6 popsicles)

  • 2 ripe bananas or 2 cups frozen bananas 

  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)

  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 2 scoops HeLa Nutrition Organic chocolate Plant Protein Powder

  • 1–2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional, to taste)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  • Blend: In a blender, combine the bananas, almond milk, cocoa powder, protein powder, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt. Blend until completely smooth.
  • Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed by adding a little more maple syrup or honey.
  • Pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds. Tap the molds gently to release any air bubbles.
  • Add Extras (Optional): If using add-ins like chocolate chips or coconut, sprinkle them into the molds before inserting the sticks.
  • Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 5–6 hours, or overnight, until fully frozen.
  • To release the popsicles, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds.
  • Enjoy!
