S'mores Protein Granola

This sweet and salty S'mores Protein Granola is a delicious way to boost your protein intake — perfect for snacking on its own or adding to your favorite meals like yogurt, smoothie bowls, or cereal. 

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 scoop HeLa Organic Chocolate Plant Protein Powder
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers (about 6 full crackers)
  • ½ cup chopped dark or milk chocolate (or mini chocolate chips)
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup coconut oil or butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix the base: In a large bowl, combine oats, HeLa Organic Chocolate Plant Protein Powder, crushed graham crackers, and salt.
  • Add wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla. Pour over the oat mixture and stir until fully coated.
  • Bake: Spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, stir, then bake for another 10–15 minutes until golden brown. Keep an eye on it so it doesn’t burn!
  • Cool it down: Let granola cool completely — it will crisp up as it cools.
  • Add the magic: Once cooled, mix in chopped chocolate and/or mini marshmellow.
  • Enjoy!
