1 Scoop Hela Nutrition Organic Plant Protein Powder (natural, vanilla, or chocolate)

2/3 cup Yogurt (any style)

3 tablespoons milk of choice
Optional Toppings:
- Sliced fruit of your choice
- Granola
- Nuts and Seeds
- Flaked coconut
Directions:
1. Add HeLa protein powder to our favourte yogurt and stir. Slowly mix in the milk to desired consistency.
2. Add your favourite toppings and enjoy!
