HeLa Collagen Granola

Ingredients:

  • 4 1/2 cups oats
  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup smooth peanut butter, unsalted
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 4 1/2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1-2 scoops HeLa Pure Marine Collagen

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl add oats, almonds, cinnamon, salt and collagen. Stir to combine.
  3. In a separate bowl add peanut butter, honey and melted coconut oil and mix until combined.
  4. Add wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Spread the mixture onto the prepared pan and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Allow the granola to cool down before serving.
  7. Store leftovers in an airtight container for two to three months.
