HeLa Chocolate Chia Mousse

You can’t decide between a chocolate bar or chocolate pudding - so you make a high protein blended chia mousse with a chocolate shell. Over 26 grams of protein and over 25 grams of fibre - so easy, and curbs your sweet tooth while achieving your goals.

Recipe:
1/4 cup chia seeds
2 dates
1 scoop Vanilla HeLa Organic Plant Protein powder
1 cup fresh strawberries
1 cup almond milk

Topping:
Melted chocolate + chocolate chips

Method:
Blend all recipe ingredients together until almost smooth.
Cover and refrigerate until set (at least 2 hours).
When ready to eat, transfer to a jar and top with melted chocolate and chocolate chips.
Refrigerate for 10 minutes to set!
