
Ingredients:
1 cup milk of choice
1 scoop of HeLa Nutrition chocolate protein powder
4 tbsp chia seeds
Optional toppings: Blueberries and whipped cream
Method:
Mix together 1 scoop of HeLa chocolate protein powder with 1 cup of milk and shake to combine
Divide into 2 small containers and add 2 tablespoons of chia to each for the perfect consistency
Leave in fridge overnight
Top with your favourite toppings in the morning
This literally tastes like chocolate pudding!
