Protein-packed chocolate raspberry chia treats

Ingredients:
1/2 cup raspberries (can use frozen)
1/2 cup strawberries
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1/2 tablespoon maple syrup 

Topping

1 cup of melted dark chocolate chips + 1 teaspoon coconut oil
2 tightly packed tablespoons of HeLa Nutrition chocolate protein powder
1 cup of crushed up freeze dried strawberries

Method:
Mash the berries
Add the chia seeds and maple syrup and stir to combine
Let sit for 20 minutes to let the chia seeds soak and the mixture to thicken
Spoon dollops onto a plate lined with parchment paper
Let set in the freezer for about an hour or until set

Melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil
Mix in protein powder with chocolate mixture and stir to combine

Dip the bites in the chocolate. Place the bites on a plate lined with parchment paper. They will set quite quickly since the raspberry fillings are frozen. Top with freeze-dried strawberries.  

Store in the freezer until you need a sweet protein-dense treat
