HeLa Protein Popsicles X Marnie Adler Pilates

POV: you made “healthy” popsicles and now you can’t stop eating them …and you offer them to anyone who “pops” by including the student washing your windows and your last clients of the day.

🍓 any fruit you want
💪 1 scoop vanilla protein@hela_nutrition )
🍯 1 tbsp honey
🍫 melted chocolate for dunking

blend → mold → freeze overnight → dip → try not to eat all 8 in one sitting

 

INGREDIENTS
Any fruit you love! I used:
• 1–2 cups strawberries
• 1–2 cups raspberries
• 1–2 cups blueberries
• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (@helanutritition for me!)
• 1 tbsp honey
• Melted chocolate for dipping (semi-sweet bakers red box)

METHOD
1️⃣ Blend all your fruit, protein powder & honey until smooth 2️⃣ Pour into popsicle molds or silicone ice cube trays
3️⃣ No popsicle sticks? Break apart chopsticks — works perfectly!
4️⃣ Freeze overnight
5️⃣ Dip or drizzle in melted chocolate & let set
6️⃣ keep in freezer and enjoy!

TIPS
• Add fresh mint or basil to the blend for a flavour POW
• Try any fruit combo mango + pineapple,
peach + cherry,
watermelon + lime
• Pinch of sea salt on the chocolate = chef's kiss 🧂
• Protein powder is totally optional!
