
Ingredients:
2 cups oat milk
¼ cup + 1tbsp cacao powder
½ cup + 1 tbsp of chia POWDER (you can use seeds but this recipe was tested with powder and is easier to digest)
1 scoop Chocolate HeLa Protein Powder
6 tbsp of maple syrup (or honey your choice)
3 tbsp of cinnamon (or to your taste preference I love cinnamon so I load it in there)
2 tsp of sea salt
Directions:
Combine ingredients in blender on high under fully mixed (scrape sides of blender after 30 seconds to make sure all the goodness is in there)
Pour mixture into ramekins or glass jars, cover and store in fridge for 24 hours. Letting it thicken to the max! Enjoy on its own or add some fresh berries!
NOTE** This type of recipe is an acquired taste. If you think you’re getting a sweet and smooth packaged Pudding flavour and texture think again. But if your taste buds are like mine and you enjoy healthy ingredients and a hint of sweetness this snack is a protein and fibre full game changer.
