HeLa Chocolate Cloud Bites X Marnie Adler Pilates

🤯 165 cals & 41g of protein for 12 bites! 🤯

What you need:

🥚2 cups egg whites
🥚1-2 tbsp cinnamon (I love it maybe you don’t so adjust to taste)
🥚1 tbsp maple syrup
🥚1 tsp vanilla
🥚1 scoop of chocolate protein powder I use @hela_nutrition

Blend all ingredients in a large mixing bowl with a hand blender (or mixer if your choice).

This is NOT the same as the viral egg white recipes you’ve seen so do not expect stiff peaks. When you get the mixture to foamy frothy texture it’s ready!

Spread mixture evenly into muffins tins
Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.

They expand and rise like a muffin while baking then totally fall when they are done and you open the oven door. Don’t freak out! If they stick together just give them a little cut in between.

I use silicone no spray muffin trays (can’t comment on how they would turn out in muffin cups and aluminum trays).

Let cool and refrigerate.

If you’re looking for a sweet treat and your taste buds are like mine these are an easy grab and go high protein snack/dessert. Eat’em cold.

Recommended: add berries and a tiny drizzle of honey and they are🔥IMO!
