HeLa Protein Blueberry Waffles

HeLa Blueberry waffles

INGREDIENTS:

3/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats (grind them in a blender to make oat flour)

1/2 cup HeLa Vanilla Plant Protein Powder

1 banana

1 cup liquid egg whites

1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce

1/2 cup almond milk

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup Gluten free flour

1 cup Blueberries 

 

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat your waffle maker

  • grind the oats in a blender to make flour
  • add in all other ingredients and blend 
  • add blueberries and mix in with a spoon
  • pour batter in waffle maker and repeat until batter is used up
