HeLa Banana Oat Protein Muffins

Banana Oat Muffin                  


1 cup HeLa Nutrition Natural or Vanilla Organic Plant Protein Powder

2 cups rolled oats (can grind into flour if desired)

2 tsp cinnamon 

1/8 tsp salt

3/4 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

3 large bananas, mashed

1/4 cup almond or cashew milk

1/4 cup maple syrup or Sukrin Syrup

2 eggs

1 tsp pure vanilla

 1/3 - 1/2 cup chocolate chips or blueberries


DIRECTIONS: Pre heat oven to 350F

Makes 12 muffins

  • Mix dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl - HeLa protein powder, oat flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, baking powder
  • Add wet ingredients to mixture - bananas, plant milk, syrup, eggs, vanilla
  • Add filler of choice - chocolate chips or blueberries 
  • Mix well
  • spray muffin tray with avocado oil spray
  • Fill each muffin tin 3/4 full
  • Bake for 20 min and let cool before eating
  • one cooled, can freeze for longer shelf life
