INGREDIENTS:
3 bananas
1 cup oats
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup HeLa Nutrition Organic Vanilla Plant Protein Powder
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup maple syrup
3 tbsp olive oil or melted coconut oil
3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Note: For nut free, sub almond flour for 1 1/2 cup oats
DIRECTIONS:
Bake at 350 F
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
- Add in chocolate chips or other toppings if desired
- Pour batter into a rectangular pan
- Bake for 50-60 minutes
