Mixed Berry Chia Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

1 scoop HeLa Nutrition Vanilla Organic Plant Protein Powder

1 cup ice

12 oz unsweetened almond, cashew, or oat milk

3/4 cup frozen mixed berries

1 tbsp chia seeds

 

DIRECTIONS:

  • Place all ingredients into a blender and pulse to desired consistency
