INGREDIENTS:
1 scoop HeLa Nutrition Organic Plant Protein Powder (any flavour)
1/4 cup unsweetened almond, cashew, coconut or oat milk
1 scoop HeLa Nutrition Organic Plant Protein Powder (any flavour)
1/4 cup unsweetened almond, cashew, coconut or oat milk
1 cup frozen berries
1 tsp chia seeds
2 tbsp organic high fibre cereal
DIRECTIONS:
- Using a blender, mix protein power and fruit, and add milk slowly to achieve a thick consistency
- Pour in a bowl and top with seeds and cereal. Add any desired fruit on top.
