Chocolate Banana Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

1 scoop HeLa Nutrition Chocolate Organic Plant Protein Powder

1/2 cup ice

12 oz unsweetened almond, cashew, or oat milk 

1/2 frozen banana 

1 tbsp all natural peanut butter

Optional: 1 tsp basil seeds, chia seeds, or flax seeds  

DIRECTIONS:

  • Place all ingredients into blender and pulse to desired consistency
