These refreshing Raspberry Protein Yogurt Bites are a delicious, high-protein snack that's perfect for a quick energy boost or a guilt-free sweet treat.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup thick Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp HeLa Nutrition Vanilla Plant-Based Protein Powder
- 1 tbs honey
- Squished raspberries
- Chocolate, melted with 1 tsp coconut oil
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix Greek Yogurt and protein powder together
- Spoon into silicon moulds and place into the freezer until they just start to freeze
- Top with a layer of squished fresh raspberries, then a layer of melted chocolate
- Place back in the freezer until frozen. Let them thaw for a couple of minutes before eating
