Raspberry Protein Yogurt Bites

These refreshing Raspberry Protein Yogurt Bites are a delicious, high-protein snack that's perfect for a quick energy boost or a guilt-free sweet treat.

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1/2 cup thick Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp HeLa Nutrition Vanilla Plant-Based Protein Powder
  • 1 tbs honey
  • Squished raspberries
  • Chocolate, melted with 1 tsp coconut oil 

DIRECTIONS:

  • Mix Greek Yogurt and protein powder together
  • Spoon into silicon moulds and place into the freezer until they just start to freeze
  • Top with a layer of squished fresh raspberries, then a layer of melted chocolate 
  • Place back in the freezer until frozen. Let them thaw for a couple of minutes before eating
