HeLa Vanilla Chia Pudding

High in both protein and fibre, HeLa Vanilla Chia pudding is the easiest breakfast you will ever make!
Ingredients:
1 cup Coconut Milk from the carton (or any plant or dairy milk)
1/4 cup Chia Seeds
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Separate into 2 servings and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. 
Top with your favourite fruit, nuts, and granola in the morning and enjoy!
