1 banana
1/2 cup coconut yogurt
1 handful spinach
1/2 avocado
1 scoop HeLa Nutrition Organic Natural or Vanilla Plant Protein Powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp spirulina
1 cup frozen organic wild blueberries
3/4 cup almond milk
