Raspberry Lemon Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:
1 scoop HeLa Nutrition Vanilla Organic Plant Protein Powder

1 cup ice

12 oz unsweetened almond, cashew or oat milk

1 small cucumber

1 lemon, squeezed

1 cup frozen raspberries



DIRECTIONS:

  • Place all the ingredients into a blender and pulse to desired consistency
