These no bake chocolate protein cookiedough bars are the easiest way to satisfy your sweet tooth and get your protein, made with clean, simple ingredients and one scoop of HeLa Chocolate Protein for that rich, fudgy flavour.
They’re vegan, gluten-free, refined sugar-free, and best kept in the freezer for when dessert cravings hit.
NO-BAKE CHOCOLATE PROTEIN COOKIE DOUGH BARS
Ingredients:
¾ cup creamy almond butter
⅓ cup + 1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup cocoa powder
1 scoop HeLa Chocolate Protein
¾ cup almond flour
⅓ cup mini chocolate chips
pinch sea salt
CHOCOLATE TOPPING
½ cup dark chocolate chips
2 tsp coconut oil
flaky sea salt for topping
How to make:
1️⃣ line a small baking dish with parchment paper.
2️⃣ in a bowl, whisk together almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
3️⃣ add almond flour, cocoa powder, HeLa Chocolate Protein, and salt — mix until a thick dough forms.
4️⃣ fold in chocolate chips and press evenly into the pan.
5️⃣ melt dark chocolate chips with coconut oil and pour over the top.
6️⃣ freeze for ~30 minutes, slice, and enjoy straight from the freezer.
