Frying Pan Granola

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • Dash of cinnamon 
  • 1 tbsp HeLa Organic Plant Protein 
  • Pinch of salt

DIRECTIONS

  • Combine ingredients together
  • Place in a frying pan and mix until it gets golden and crunchy 
  • Enjoy over your favourite Greek-style yogurt and berries
